Ya'll Come on down

I want to second Linda's invite, I think it is about time for some of you to visit. We can't get our kids to come see us so perhaps some of you can show them how. They don't shoot yankees so it is safe, and yes they consider you yankees. For you fishing types, this spring and summer is great fishing. Several lakes nearby and some big ones only a couple of hours away. I can get you hooked up with temp license. You would make our day coming down for visit, we kinda like ya'll.

Movies...

Rick & I went to see "I AM LEGEND" It was a pretty good movie. Some of you girls need to come down & visit me (well Sherri - you would come up & visit)...I never get to see chick flicks anymore :( Tuesday night is the night to go to the theatre here. Tickets are $5.25 & if you bring your own bowl you get free popcorn. I felt pretty silly carrying in bowls - so I put them in a Wal-Mart bag, so much classier don't you think? Has anyone seen any new movies out that they would suggest? I think Tuesday is our new "date night."

OK, Jessica set this up for me a while ago...and I am just now posting my first blog...bear with me I have NO idea what I'm doing. Or what I am going to say.

Today is January 21. Most people were off today for Martin Luther King's Birthday...I went into work for a little while but I have not been feeling well since Saturady night - so I came home early. (Interesting stuff so far)

Rick was out of town this weekend for a Miniature Tournament, which he won by the way. I stayed home and finally got my Christmas decorations put away - not my favorite thing to do.
